The Parents Society is a national group of parents who work in cooperation with the Office of Development to support the University and ensure that your student enjoys a rich college experience. All Parents who make a minimum annual gift of $1,000 or more to the University will be considered members of the Parents Leadership Society. Membership on the Parents Leadership Society provides numerous opportunities for parents to form a closer connection to the University.

For example, members of the Leadership Society:

• Meet annually at a private reception with the President during Fall Fest Family Weekend
• Receive invitations to events on campus as well as in their geographic regions
• Host events in their communities
• Attend special briefings and receptions in major cities with the President, senior University administrators, or faculty members
• Represent the Parents Program at welcoming events for new students
• Serve as a resource for student internships
• Mentor prospective and current students
• Serve as general "goodwill ambassadors" for Brandeis

Membership in the Parents Leadership Society is a rewarding way to share in your child's Brandeis experience and to make a lasting connection with the institution that will forever remain a part of your child's life. Funds raised by Brandeis parents provide the flexible revenue the University needs to sustain and enhance the quality of life for our students - helping to attract and retain faculty of the highest caliber, maintain a low student/faculty ratio, and support academic programs. It also improves the lives of our students by funding programs such as the Brandeis shuttle service into Boston and Cambridge, and supporting athletics and other student programs whose costs do not come out of tuition revenue. Your membership in the Parents Leadership Society is a win-win engagement: the University appreciates your support, your children will appreciate your continued involvement, and you will enjoy many new friendships.

How can I make my gift?

Gifts may be made by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). If you need information on additional giving opportunities, transferring securities, or if you would prefer to use some other gift vehicle, please call the Office of Development and Alumni Relations directly at 800-333-1948.
