Phonathon Shifts

Sunday afternoon: 1:00-4:30
Sunday evening: 5:00-8:30
Monday: 6:00-9:30
Tuesday: 6:30-10:00
Wednesday: 6:30-10:00
Thursday: 6:00-9:30

All Phonathon callers must be able to commit to 2 of the above shifts per week.

Application Process

The application process for the Phonathon caller position is easy! We are not currently accepting applications.

1.  Fill out an application, and email it to Matt Magida at magida@brandeis.edu. 

2.  When your application has been received, a member of the Phonathon staff will contact you about scheduling a phone interview.

3.  You will receive an email with Phonathon information to review before your phone interview

4.  Call our office at your scheduled interview time and do your best!

5.  A member of our staff will contact you by email at the end of our hiring rounds to let you know if we are able to offer you a position at this time.

*- All applicants must submit an application and have a phone interview.

Training

If offered a position, new callers must attend one Orientation session AND one Role Play session (no exceptions). New Caller Orientation is on Monday, Sept 14 from 6-8:30 pm, and the Role Play sessions are on Tuesday, Sept 15 & Wednesday, Sept 16 from 6-8:30.
