Attendance Policy

• Callers are responsible for their two scheduled shifts per week
• Each caller is allowed 2 unexcused absences per semester
• An excused absence is when a caller misses his/her shift, but is able to find a substitute to take their place.
• An unexcused absence is when a caller simply skips his/her shift without finding a substitute caller.
• If a caller cannot come in during his/her scheduled shifts, it is his/her responsibility to find a substitute caller
• A caller can make up an absence by taking an additional, or "make up" shift.
• Make up shifts are only an option pending availability.
• Any caller with more than two unexcused absences will be placed on probation after two weeks.
