Statement of Confidentiality

I understand that the information I deal with in my job in the Office of Development and Alumni Relations is confidential. I will not discuss it, copy it, or in any way disclose any information acquired by me during the course of my employment, except as specifically authorized to do so by my supervisor. This includes, but is not limited to, the names of prospects and strategy related to them, as well as financial and gift information. I also understand that any credit card number that I am given in the course of my job is to be used for its intended purpose only.

Any violation of these rules is grounds for immediate dismissal from work and is subject to other disciplinary processes for infractions of University policy.
